Pediatrics has got to do better. My 4 month old and I have gone here since she was born and I went to the prenatal department here for my pregnancy with her as well. Every month we come here it is a nightmare. Her two month appointment was the only appointment we waited under 2 hours to see the doctor. The last time we came here for her four month shots, I waited a total of (and I wish I was joking) 4 hours. These babies are too young for yall to be doing this. There needs to be a different system cause these babies cannot be waiting here all day every time they have an appointment. I fortunately found her another doctor but not everyone has this option. I hope everyone that has to come here has a better experience than we did.

If you are pregnant, especially for the first time, and looking for reliable prenatal care, DO NOT come here! * It is impossible to reach anyone by phone. The automated system routes you to the right extension and then disconnect the call, every time. * During my second appt with the midwife, I was accused of not disclosing a health concern that was already discussed and documented in my chart. * After genetic testing was ordered, I NEVER received my results. I found out there was a concern when I checked in for my next appt A MONTH LATER and saw "genetic watch" listed under my complications. No one had contacted me to discuss it. * My anatomy scan, which is supposed to be done between 18–22 weeks, was canceled two hours before my scheduled appt when I was 21 weeks pregnant. It was then rescheduled for 9 days later, only to be canceled again because it had supposedly been booked incorrectly, pushing the appt back three weeks from it’s original date & past the recommended timeframe to get the scan done. * I spent an entire day trying to reach someone about the issue. Even after leaving a voicemail for the prenatal supervisor, I never received a callback. After calling the informatio

I had a bad experience with customer service at this clinic. The staff was inattentive and did not assist me in a professional manner. I felt there was a lack of communication and empathy during my visit. I hope they improve their care toward patients. They really should replace the front desk staff or at least speak with them as they have a terrible attitude.

Most unprofessional unorganized primary care. My insurance has been calling them for a month and half to get a referral and authorization and have failed multiple times to reach them ive called myself number of times even after have a blood work done wirh some concerns and want to follow up and was not able to I even request appointment thru the portal and was no success this place either needs to close or be assigned to more devoted people who are organized and have more respect and better system. Even if you get someone on the phone your told to come as walk in but not always guaranteed so either take the risk sit there four hours that you do or not. I also had really bad case of food poisoning and high insulin blood test levels and they also failed to reach back to do a follow up as well. Everyone always has different experiences but this place here isnt as expected to see many with good

Wish I could do less than one star. First off, I got laid off half way through my pregnancy and had no choice but to get on Medicaid and this was the quickest place I could find that accepted Medicaid. They never answered their phones so I had to physically go in to make an appointment. They don’t ask you what days your times are available they just schedule you and hand you a piece of paper. It takes hours before you’re actually seen sometimes I’d have to go to the check-in office and wait 20 minutes before I could check in to actually go to my appointment and sometimes I didn’t. I never knew which times I just had to sit in there and wait to find out. No exaggeration you will wait 2 to 4 hours before you’re actually seen for your appointment. The absolute worst was when I did my gestational diabetes test and they did not warn me ahead of time so I came in on a full stomach so I failed my test and they did not tell me for over a month. They waited until my next appointment to tell me that I failed to then schedule a three hour Gestational, diabetes test. They had me undiagnosed with diabetes for over a month, not knowing which is horrible. Then after all was said and done, and I h
